Special CBD Benchmark WoD to celebrate the birth of Coach Karl's second Bubba. Little Cara arrived on Friday & weighed in at 3.38kg. Both Cara & Fi are doing well and we soon hope to see Cara knocking out some Burpees on the Rooftop soon!
The WoD's rep scheme/numbers are in line with the birth date itself (16/2/18).
Have some fun with this one & be sure to stretch those legs off afterwards, they'll need it!!
