  WoD: "The Relentless Pursuit"

Every 4:30 For 18 Mins (4 Rounds):

China Town Run

21 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)

12 Burpees

  • This scheme look familiar? It should do. Its a burpee variation of the benchmark WoD "Helen". You have been given 4:30 in which to do the task. Yes it is quite possible to complete the scheme at a moderate pace, however that is not our intent. We want you to BLITZ your way through it. Get it done as FAST as possible whilst holding onto your form. The faster you go, the more rest you get. The more rest you get, the more "recovered" you'll be to hit the next one!
  • To incentivise, your "score" will be your SLOWEST split time.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
