7 / 4 Bar Muscle Ups

  • October has sprung & not a barbell in sight!!
  • Today is equal parts skill & fitness. The more composed you can remain on the skipping the less impact it will have on your shoulders.
  • Likewise, the more technique you can exude on the bar the "easier" you will make those Bar Muscle Ups on yourself.
  • Use today to not only enhance your Fitness but also your skillset.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • 15 minute time cap. Scale as needed.
