WoD A: "The Ladder"

As Many REPs As Possible in 7 Minutes:

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, .........etc

Power Snatch (52.5 / 37.5 kg)

Pistol Squats, alternating.

.

  • Climb as high up the ladder as you can. Do 2 Power Snatches & 2 Pistols (total, NOT 2 each side), then 4 Power Snatches & 4 Pistols, etc etc until the 7 mins runs out.
  • Scale As Needed.

REST 3 MINS...........

WoD B: "Not A Ladder, Just A Grind!"

For Time:

60 Power Snatches (35 / 25 kg)
