Deadlift 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3

  • Minimum 4 warm up sets before any working sets. (No belt on the warm ups).
  • Lift as heavy as you can safely & with proper form.
  • Reps are "touch & go".
  • Scale as needed.
