  • Today is all about power output & movement efficiency.
  • You have one minute at the start of each move to set a benchmark number. Use the intervals that come after that to be as efficient as possible & strive to exceed those numbers first set & do it in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
