Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 9 Miuntes

of:

2 Clusters (52.5 / 35 kg)

30 Double Unders

4 Clusters

30 Double Unders

6 Clusters

30 Double Unders

8 Clusters

30 Double Unders

10 Clusters........

Continue adding 2 reps onto the clusters. The Dubs remind at 30 the whole time.

  • Nice fun Ladder style WoD. If you can keep the "touch & go" going on the bar lets go for it. If not just reset yourself as quickly as possible! How far can you go??
  • A 'Cluster' is a Squat Clean directly into a Thruster, thus creating a Cluster
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.

  • Note you will likely see the term "for quality" written in. This is very important. NONE of the pieces you will get will be "for time" or for "max rounds/reps". You will be given sets & reps & time domains to hold, etc  but always with the quality of your movement in mind. They will ALL be adding your structural base to build you into stronger, bulletproof athletes!
