("RX" = 15 / 10 kg).

  • Its been a big week but its not over yet!! Today offer a LOT of volume on the table. If you are going to attempt all the reps here then look for the most efficient pathway.
  • The DB's are light. Go for large sets if you wish but keep it moving. The pull ups, well there is a lovely big set at the end, can you keep your tight body shape about you for all of them?? Just because the WoD is "for time" don't go and lose all your shape just to beat the clock.
  • CrossFitter's love a decreasing rep scheme as it offers us a chance to keep our power output high deep into the WoD, not to mention it also is easier on the mind too! Well lets flip that script and attack these increasing reps!!
  • We got this!
  • Do. The. Work!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
