40 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (20's / 15's)

  • Chip Chip Chip away! There's a lot at play here today. The volume will creep up on you pretty quickly and some of these moves will take longer than you'd like them to!
  • The weight should feel moderately heavy not crushing. Use all of your technique prowess to churn through the reps in an efficient manner. And above all else... HAVE FUN!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • 20 Min Time Cap. Scale As needed.
