2009 "Triplet" & 2010 "Amanda" WoD

With the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games just two weeks away we continue our look back at Games gone past. If you haven't seen lat weeks post check it out here.

This week the yeas are 2009 & 2010. These are great to watch back to back as 2009 marked the last year the Games were held at the Castro Family Ranch. The following year CrossFit HQ decided the time was right to hold the annual event at the Stub Hub Centre (then know as the Home Depot Centre) in Carson California.

Some of the events were incredibly tough. Some even say that the Saturday in 2009 was the hardest day ever known at the Games (that was up until last year when the "Murph" WoD wreaked havoc upon the entire field!).

Lets of take a look at the Triplet Event from 2009 (spot Aussie (Commando) Steve Willis throwing his hat into the ring), and take a look at the famous opening WoD at the Games' new home. The premiere of the Benchmark WoD "Amanda".
