For Time: 100 Overhead Squats *** The First minute: As many burpees as possible. The number of burpees will be deducted from your Overhead Squat numbers But …. *** Everytime the bar comes below head height you will perform: 1st penalty: China town run,  2nd penalty: China town run and 15 Double Unders, the 3rd penalty: China town run and 30 Double Unders etc etc. The double unders increasing by 15 reps each time         Post time and number of penalties to comments. 3R5A4959 rw
