30/07/14 – “Zinging With Your Hips”

For Max Loads: 

  Dead Lift 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 Sumo Dead Lift 5 - 5 - 5       We're looking at Heavy Deads here today, BUT we are NOT gonna look at rounded backs!! You can only add load with each set (if this is your intention) if the form is spot on! NO EXCEPTIONS! Don't rush the sets, You will have a set time period for both moves, use the times wisely. Have a game plan in place (numbers wise) for both movements and if you get there, great! But if you don't happen to, we will learn from it and move onwards!   Post all Loads to comments. IMG_5179
