Burpee Sprint (Or Pull-Up)
Perform 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 reps in the third minute… and so on. The workout ends when you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute. Move from Burpee Sprint to Sit-Up when Burpee Sprints fail, then the workout is complete when Sit-Ups fail. Start the number of Sit-Ups with the number that the Burpee Sprints failed on.
