28/8/12 – Tabata Vs Tabata

Perform The Following Tabatas Strict Shoulder Press (20kg/15kg)  Vs Push-Up Rest Exactly 2 min, Then Pull-Up Vs Kettlebell Swing (24kg/16kg) Rest Exactly 2 min, Then Walking Lunge Vs Double Under   Each Tabata consist of 16 rounds, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20 second bout of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Scoring = The sum of the lowest number round for the exercise divided by total reps performed in the whole tabata. Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Strict Shoulder Press, Push-Up, Kettlebell Swing,  Kettlebell Swing, Walking Lunge and Double Under to comments. (6 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 40/399
