28/04/16 – “The Back Squat Rollercoaster!”

WoD: For Load: . Back Squat 10 - 5 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 3 - 5 - 10  
  • Use the heaviest load for each set. Rest as needed between.
  • No shoddy form! Hold the standard! Hit the proper depth!!
  • Use spotters on all applicable sets.
.   . Post all loads to Beyond The Whiteboard.

We have two teams entered in the Victorian Teams Cup the weekend. 

Its being held in the Health & Fitness Expo at the Melbourne Convention Centre right here in the City!!

Why not come down & cheer on our two teams (Men are in Heat 1 & Women in Heat 2)

Its a two day comp running 10am - 2pm each day.

Your'll need a ticket to gain entry but hey there is a Reebok store there showing off their latest fare so theres another reason!!
