24/05/16 – “Back To Front”

Strength WoD 

A: For Load Back squat, 5 x 5  (wk4)
  • This is week four of a program. Men try to add 5kg & Women add 2.5kg on from last week.
  • If you are finding the going really tough then only add 2.5 & 1kg respectively (form permitting of course).
  • Use the same load across all working sets. Do NOT keep adding load per set.
  • Rest as needed between sets.
. B: For Load Front Squat, 3 x 3
  • Take your Back Squat number & Men reduce it by 20 - 25kg. Women reduce it by 15 - 20kg.
  • These are meant as "Drop-Sets" so should still feel very doable. NOT rough going at all.
  • Same load across all three sets.
  • Rest just 60 secs between sets
. C: Finisher, For Reps 2 Minutes MAX Double Unders Rest 1 Minute 2 Minutes MAX Double Unders
  • Record both totals
