*For Rep to count on the pull up-toes to bar, you must remain on the pull bar itself between the pull up and the toe to bar. Any drops in between that will result in the pull up needing to be repeated before attempting the toe to bar.
**Dead Bug /Hollow Hold time is accumulative time. i.e: if you need to rest the feet down after 10 seconds, you still have 15 second to accrue when you recommence the hold.
