23/8/12 – On The Minute, Every Minute, For 17 Minutes

  3 Power Clean (50kg/35kg) 3 Jerk (50kg/35kg) 3 Burpee Over Bar   Warmup and establish the max number of reps that you will be able to hold for the 17min. (Reps must be added to all movements!) Post number of successful minutes to comments.
