Part A:  For Skill

Overhead Squat:

  10 - 10 - 10.   *Building weight, all sets to be unbroken. No heavier then 50% of your 1rm. For extra challenge add a 3-5 sec pause at bottom of squat. Record all loads to the board*      

Part B:

5 Rounds For Time:

    12 Box Jumps (24",20") 12 Overhead Squats (35kg,25kg)  

 

** 10 Min Time Cap **

Post loads from part 'A' & Time from part 'B' to comments.
