Benchmark WoD

. WoD: "Barbara" 5 Rounds, Each For Time: . 20 Pull Ups 30 Push Ups 40 Sit Ups 50 Air Squats
  • REST exactly 3 Minutes between rounds.
  • Scale as needed. This WoD, as with every Benchmark WoD, is potent & high volume. Do what your body is able to on the day. We have options available (see below) to scale it to your needs.
  • Compare to 01/11/14
  Scale Option: "Barb" 1/2 reps across the movements: 10 Pull ups - 15 Push Ups - 20 Sit Ups - 25 Air Squats (Still rest 3 mins btw rounds). Scale Option: "Upper Body Barb; Lower Body Barbara" 1/2 reps upper; full reps lower: 10 Pull Ups - 15 Push Ups - 40 Sit Ups - 50 Air Squats (Still rest 3 mins btw rounds). .   . Post your split times and your total time (not inc rest mins) to Beyond The Whiteboard.
