21/04/16 – “2 + 2 = ??”

Strength WoD: In 20 Minutes find your MAX load in the following complex: . 2 Strict Press + 2 Push Press  
  • If you max out early then drop the weight back to 80-85% & continue doing sets of 2+2 in the time left (max of 5 sets of that 2+2).
  • Control the bar path. Get it going straight up & not around the head.
. Finisher: Each Round for Calories . 3 x 45 Second MAX Efforts on the Assault Bike
  • Rest 45 secs between

We will be open Monday morning for a short Open Gym slot & a Hero WoD Class to mark the day. Open Gym at 7:30am. Hero WoD Class at 8:15am.

If you want in then book online. If we garner enough interest (add yourself to the waitlist) we will turn it into a Partner Hero WoD.

In addition we will be collecting gold coin donations Friday, Saturday & Monday and all proceeds will go to the Legacy Foundation. Dig deep & give whatever you can.
