- Power is denoted that the “catch” is not to go below parallel.
- Take time to get a good amount of warm up sets in before you hit any heavy loads. Don’t just jump into a top weight!
- The “Bambi Leg” is not acceptable. Any catch with your legs landing wider than you can safely & properly squat will result in a no-rep!
- If new to lifting with us the rep scheme changes to 7 sets of 3 reps & the move may change to suit the individual (hang clean, etc).
