19/04/16 – “Double The Release!”

  A: Gymnastics Strength & Skill Strict Handstand Push Ups
  • Option A: MAX Unbroken Set Strict HSPU, then 3 further sets at 60%, rest 2 mins.
  • Option B: Every 2 Minutes x 5 rounds, 3-5 reps
  • Option C: In 10 minutes do 4-5 rounds of either 1 Wall walk/1 HS Hold combined with either 6-10 reps Box HSPU/6-10 Seated DB Press.
  • If you were in LAST MONDAY for this skill work then try to build on it. If not then choose your option as per your ability today.
. B: WoD, 10 Rounds For Time: . 30 Double Unders 10 Push Ups (Hand Release)     .   . Post HS work and WoD time to comments to Beyond The Whiteboard.
