21-15-9 reps Of: OverHead Squat (42.5kg/30kg) Sumo Deadlift High Pull (42.5kg/30kg) Inverted Burpee   Standard for Inverted Burpee is shoulders must touch the ground at the bottom of the movement and both heels must touch the wall at the top in the handstand position. Post time and scaling to comments.
