18/06/16 – “Tabata Time!”

WoD

. Complete the following Tabata's scoring the LOWEST round for each movement. . Tabata Strict Shoulder Press (Bar) Tabata Pistol Squats (Alternating legs) REST 1 Minute. Tabata Push-Ups Tabata Box Jumps (24" / 20") REST 1 Minute Tabata Ground To Overhead w/Bumper Plate (20 / 15 kg) Tabata Overhead Walking Lunge w/Bumper Plate (20 / 15 kg)     .
  • Scale as needed. The Tabata gets you in the end!
  • A Tabata interval is a 20 Second duration of MAX effort work for maximum reps followed by a 10 Second rest period. A typical "Tabata" would be for 8 intervals of :20/:10. Today we will do SIX "Tabata's", each one for 8 intervals!
  • Post - WoD Mobility/Cool Down focus on the triceps!
    Post your tabata score to Beyond The Whiteboard.
