16/04/16 – “The Bodyweight Bonanza!”

. WoD: Every Minute On The Minute, for 25 Minutes: . Mins 1 - 5: Pull Ups Mins 6 - 10: Burpees Mins 11 - 15: Abmat Sit Ups Mins 16 - 20: Air Squats Mins 21 - 25: Double Unders  
  • Target Numbers for each: PU= 10-15 reps. B= 10-15 reps. ASU= 20-25 reps. ASq= 25-30 reps. DU= 30-40 reps.
  • Scale as needed to both get your targets in but also to challenge you for most of each minute.
  • Its 25 mins of hard yakka! You should spend most of this time working! Be positive, hold the standard. Get after it!!
