  Part A: Dead Lift, 1 x 5 (no more than 80% of max).   Part B: 4 Rounds For Time; 10 Dead Lift (@ 80% of the '1x5' from above) 20 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to 10ft line)     *10 Min Time Cap*       Post DL Load & then WOD Time (with that load also) to comments. IMG_6521
