Part A: Dead Lift, 1 x 5 (no more than 80% of max).

 

Part B: 4 Rounds For Time;

10 Dead Lift (@ 80% of the ‘1×5’ from above)

20 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to 10ft line)

 

 

*10 Min Time Cap*
