in 15 Minutes:
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
10 Toes To Bar
15 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
20 Abmat Sit Ups
Gymnastics movements are tough. Period. They need constant work and attention to detail.
If we aren’t yet at a stage of doing certain moves “as prescribed” we have a multitude of progressions to get us there.
It takes practice, persistence, and accumulation. Volume isn’t built overnight. Take the time to put in the yards and your’ll see the difference.

Keep working those progressions. It will pay off!
