14/04/16 – “Dos Overhand”

  A: Gymnastics Strength & Skill Weighted Pull Ups, 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3
  • Only add weight if you are able to string strict pull ups together.
  • If you are scaling to a band add in more reps to each set (5 sets of 5 reps) and DO NOT add weight.
  • No kipping!
  • Choose your option as per your ability today.
. B: For Time 21 - 15 - 9 (reps): . Deadlift* (90 / 62.5 kg) Chest To Bar Pull Ups
  • 10 Minute Time Cap.
  • Deadlift MUST be held in a double overhand grip (NO mix grip today)
