10 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both 10ft line)

15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg)

 

 

 

 

 

 

* Keep tight, hold the standard of movement at the highest quality, and find a pace that you are NOT comfortable with! *

** The goal is consecutive reps & sets  **

*** Can YOU hit every rep unbroken?!? ***
