12/03/14 – “Thrice As Nice!”

Part a) Barbell Bent Over Row 3 x 10, (Heavier than before, BUT only if form on previous occasion was good. *If first time at this, spend the time establishing a heavy 10 to start the progression).     Part b): 3 Min AMRAP of: 3 DB Shoulder To Overhead 7 Pull Up* - Rest exactly 90 secs - 3 Min AMRAP of: 3 DB Shoulder To Overhead 7 Pull Up - Rest exactly 90 secs - 3 Min AMRAP of: 3 DB Shoulder To Overhead 7 Toes To Bar     Scale load on DB to that of a challenging, heavy 3 reps. Not a load that will have you breaking your sets up or failing at any too.   *= Upscale of C2B's offered on first AMRAP if you have rock solid kipping pull ups (Regular pull up is still considered "as Rx").     Post loads from the Bent Over Rows, and total number of rounds/reps from each AMRAP to comments.
