3 Rounds For Time Wall-Ball REPS (9kg/7kg) Sumo Deadlift High-Pull REPS (35kg/25kg) Box Jump REPS (20") Push-Press REPS (35kg/25kg) Row CAL 1 minute rest in between rounds. Post total score to comments. For a challenge complete 5 rounds for a "Fight Gone Bad - Championship" score.
