  8 Min AMRAP (Counting REPs) Ascending Ladder of: Kettlebell Swing (24kg, 16kg) Toes To Bar   *Start at 4 reps of each and climb up in 4's from there on in (e.g.: 4 swings, 4 t2b, 8 swings, 8 t2b, 12, 12, 16, etc…..)    

- REST 3 MINUTES, THEN REPEAT AMRAP AGAIN FROM THE START!!!! -
