11/04/16 – “Pace The Way!”

  A: Gymnastics Strength & Skill Strict Handstand Push Ups
  • Option A: MAX Unbroken Set Strict HSPU, then 3 further sets at 60%, rest 2 mins.
  • Option B: Every 2 Minutes x 5 rounds, 3-5 reps
  • Option C: In 10 minutes do 4-5 rounds of either 1 Wall walk/1 HS Hold combined with either 6-10 reps Box HSPU/6-10 Seated DB Press.
  • Choose your option as per your ability today.
. B: For Time Row 2km TT
  • This is an all out effort for time.
  • Use the pace boat feature on the Concept 2 Rower. Set your interval pace as per your target time. Keep with the boat and your'll be just fine.
