10/7/12 – 10 to 1 Vs 1 to 10…Plus 10

  Of: Front Squat (50kg/35kg) Ring Dip 10 Box Jump (32"/24") At The End Of Each Rep Round   Front Squats start at 10 counting down to 1 and Ring Dips start at 1 and counts up to 10. Each round of Front Squats plus Ring Dips is finished with 10 Box Jumps. Post time to comments.
