(As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible) 

  Of: 3 Strict Ring Dips 6 Dead Lift (100kg / 70kg) 9 Box Jump (24" / 20")  - Rest 1 Min - - - Repeat AMRAPs for a total of 5 cycles - -        Post numbers of rounds & reps from each AMRAP to comments. IMG_7534
