For Max Load: 

 

Thruster + Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

 

 

 

* The complete 4 move complex above represents 1 ‘rep’.

* You must complete the complex in its entirety for it to count. If you miss a lift you have the chance to re-try before putting bar back on the rack. Once the bar is re-racked the set is done.

* We will be using racks.
