  Partner WoD, For Time: . 100 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 6 kg) 100 Chest To Bar Pull Ups 100 Pistol Squats, alternating legs 100 Dumbbell Power Snatch (25 / 20 kg) .
  • Buddy up & scale individually as needed.
  • Split the work up evenly swapping every 10 reps.
  • 30 Min Time Cap.
