06/07/16 – “Last Call For The Gain Train”

Strength WoD 

A: For Load

Back squat, 5 x 5  (Wave 2, Week 5)

  • This is the last 5x5 session before we are testing our 5RM Squat.
  • However how much you increment will need to go on "feel" rather than just numbers & calculators.
  • Everybody, try to add 2-4kg to your number last week.
  • Use the same load across all working sets.
  • Rest as needed between sets.
