15 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (24 / 16)

15 Toes To Bar

15 Calories, Concept2 Rower.

  • Try not to pace, Go hard on each component holding the standard high.
  • Stay true to the course. Aim for 4 rounds + & scale as needed to hit these markers.
  • Post - WoD Mobility/Cool Down focus on the grip/forearms, lats & hips.
