Skill: Every Minute On The Minute For 6 Minutes . 1 Hi-Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean (x 2)  
  • Start out light & try to build each set. The last few sets should feel heavy. Only ad weight if the movement is still looking good.
  • Commit to the speed needed & get back under your barbell
  • The complex is done twice over to total 4 reps every minute.
. WoD: Each One Scored For Rounds . 5 Minute AMRAP . 5 Hang Power Cleans (50 / 35 kg) 10 V-Ups . 5 Minute AMRAP: . 4 Hang Power Cleans (57.5 / 40 kg) 8 V-Ups . 5 Minute AMRAP: . 3 Hang Power Cleans (65 / 45 kg) 6 V-Ups  
  • REST 2 Minutes between each AMRAP.
  • Stimulus is calling for HPC's to stay unbroken (Get your hook grip going!)
. Post loads moved in the EMOM & the each round score to Beyond The Whiteboard.
