04/04/15 – “All You Can Eat Barbell!”

For Max Loads On Each Lift: 

  With a continuously running clock perform 1 lift each minute adding 5kg (M) / 2.5kg (F): The three lifts will be: - Snatch - Clean - Deadlift   Start with an empty bar and perform 1 snatch each minute for as long as possible adding the required kgs every minute. Once you can no longer Snatch the weight, move on & perform 1 Clean each minute for as long as possible (starting at your missed Snatch load) adding the required kgs every minute. Once you can no longer Clean the weight, move on & perform 1 Deadlift each minute for as long as possible (starting at your missed Clean load) adding the required kgs each minute.    

Workout will be capped at 30 minutes.
