Part A): For Quality & Strength Development,

  7 Mins of Strict Handstand Push Ups ('AMRAP' style)*.

Part B): For Time,

  8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 (reps) of: Burpee  Back Squat (75kg / 52.5kg)

 - 10min Time Cap -

    *Scale Part A appropriately. Aim for a scale that will challenge you to get maybe 2-3 every 30 seconds.   Post number of HSPU's & also time of WoD to comments. IMG_7407
