In Teams of 3, ‘AMMAP’ in 35 Minutes:
P1: Rows For Metres
P2 & 3: 20 Tyre-Flip-Jump-Thru’s
Here’s how it’ll work:
– Whilst one team member rows for metres the other two will alternate reps of Tyre-Flip-Jump-Thru’s until they get 10 each & both people jump thru the tyre after EVERY rep.
– At this point rotate and switch the person who rows.
– Make sure the Rower stays on throughout or risk losing those metres!
– Thats it!
– Oh did we forget to mention that every 3 minutes, on the 3 minutes, all three members must stop what they are doing and perform 10 Synchronised Overhead Sit Ups (10kg / 5kg). After which pick up where you stopped and continue through.
