Strength WoD
. Back Squat: 5 x 5 (wk 5) .- This will be the last week of this wave (we will do a reset next wk. More details then)
- Same rules as before. IF you feel good, and the reps/set last week were successful & looked good then you can add up to: 5 / 2,5 kg.
- Don't add load as you go. Same load across the 5 sets.
- No front squats or finishers this week. Just this
- Recommended rest would be 3 mins after set1. Then add on 30 seconds each set thereafter (4:30 between sets 4 & 5).
- Post - WoD Mobility is focused on the Quads & "TFL"

So lets go through all of the garments (All garments are made by the company AS Colour. you can find their sizing info here or alternatively check out the Facebook post which has links on there):
Jumpers:
Are Unisex & as per your feedback the Asphalt with Black sleeves (pictured) will be available.
We will take orders also for the Steel Marle with Black sleeves also as an alternative for those not wishing to look so dark. (Not pictured, use your imagination).
Trackie Pants:
In both a Mens & Womens cut.
However the Mens will be Dark Grey Whilst the Womens will be Black. (Women's not pictured, again use imagination).
Beanie:
Are Unisex, one size fits all. Will have a double stitched "pip" label on them enabling you to roll it up in a traditional look or roll it down like a hipster!
Colours available will be Asphalt Marle (Dark Grey) or Grey Marle (light Grey).
