– Same load on last two sets. Add 2.5 – 5kg on from last week.
– It should be heavy but NOT with any misses. No max-outs.
As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 10 Minutes of::
20 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to 10ft)
Post load from final two sets in Part A and Post Rounds/Reps for Part B to comments.
